Our Story

Founded in 2008, Ahead Associates is a specialist consulting company that delivers strategic human resource and organisation development services to the educational sector, supported by strong project management disciplines.

Through our experience in roles as principals, advisors and specialists in human resources and organisation development in education and the private sector, we have comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of organisations.

We have worked in state, independent, integrated, Catholic congregational and Catholic systemic schools, including schools for students of all ages and demographic backgrounds. Schools that we have worked and continue to work in are found throughout Australia and New Zealand, and in Asian and Pacific locations.

We bring a fresh, independent approach, which means we provide new perspectives on current issues, helping you to see things clearly and find new insights into developing innovative solutions.
