Principal Endorsement Networks

Principals find that meeting once a term has provided them with the opportunity to share what is going on in their principalship, to learn from each other in the facilitated workshop, and to gather new ideas – networking in difficult times.

The other great benefit is that at the end of the year they have a professionally produced document from Ahead Associates, explaining the endorsement process, the role of the endorser, a copy of their PGC and the signature of their endorser. The fact that the process is facilitated by outside consultants gives the process extra credibility.

Peer Group Mentoring
